Sundays with – Open face protein-wich

If I had a choice, I’d start everyday with ballet class, followed by a series of open dance classes, ending off with a session of hot yoga.

No less, eating well is a form of respect for one’s body. What you put in will show in your body, your skin, and your health. For one thing, my diet is made mostly of carbohydrates. While this is great when you’re training for a season/exam, having a protein fix now and then will help with the hunger pangs refuse to leave you alone.

The Sunday Proteinwich

1/4 cup of edame beans (semi frozen/cold)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 egg
1 slice brown bread


1. Blanch baby spinach
2. Blitz the edame beans into a rough paste
3. Spread over toasted brown bread
4. Add spinach
5. While I did the egg sunny side/semi scrambled, you can choose to do the eggs anywhich way you prefer.

Viola, healthy eating made easy.
